How to pack

A well packed backpack will make your life on the trail more comfortable,
and help you to carry all your equipment safely.

Designed to feel lighter
Packing heavy items near your shoulders and lower back will help stabilize the center of gravity of the whole pack, making it feel lighter and you feel less tired.

Extra details for comfort and functionality

Designed especially for enhanced functionality in a mountain environment

The large zipper on the front of the bag can be opened from the top or the bottom. Open from the top for a wide opening for large items. Open from the bottom for easy access to items stored at the bottom of the bag.
The bag’s top lid, which acts as a rain cover, can also be used as a sacoche. Use it to store and easily access items that you use while walking, such as your map, compass, and energy snacks.
Features two detachable pouches. Attach the side pouches to the left and right shoulder straps and the waist stabilizer.
The openings of the side pockets are angled to make it easy to take items in and out while wearing the bag. The side pockets are also gusseted for increased storage.
Trekking poles are great for providing support when mountain climbing. When not in use, they can be easily stored and secured on your ECOPAC so that they do not get in the way. You can also temporarily attach your poles to free up your hands while using chains or ladders.
When your bag is not so full, it can be frustrating when items start moving around inside the bag while you are walking. Use the compression straps on the sides to compress the bag and bring the center of gravity closer to your back. This will make the bag more secure on your back.
Can be used as a hydration pack to make drinking water on the go easy.
The and wander logo, and reflector threads that have been sewn onto the tape and elastic cords, will reflect light from headlamps and car lights for increased visibility, keeping you safer at night.
